Our new recognition module recognizes barcodes and document texts
during scanning, and transmits them to the file cabinet as search
criteria.
How it works
A voucher number, e.g. in the form of a barcode pasted
anywhere on the document, can be recognized with absolute certainty
by the system after scanning. For texts, this is accomplished via
OCR, providing the print quality of the documents is good and the
text is in a fixed location (e.g. on forms). DocuWare RECOGNITION
automatically allocates search criteria to letters, facsimiles,
invoices and other documents generated on PC and filed using
DocuWare 4.
