Mass data generated by internal data processing - invoices, delivery
notes, account statements and journals, for example - can be
archived completely automatically by DocuWare COLD/READ.
How it works
This is achieved by importing the spool data generated
when the documents are printed. Search words are filtered out for
subsequent queries, and then the data is converted so that they can
be retrieved, displayed and printed together with scanned documents,
for example. Data is stored in space-saving ANSI format. Only when
the data must be displayed or printed, it is layered with the
scanned graphic of the corresponding form.
