Somewhere in your data processing system, e.g. in your accounting
software, scanned documents have already been assigned numbers,
values or names
How it works
DocuWare AUTOINDEX simply takes these numbers and
transmits them to the file cabinet as search words for the
respective documents - no manual indexing is required. This is also
possible for externally generated, scanned documents, providing that
an unambiguous search criterion, a bar code or a voucher number
exists. DocuWare AUTOINDEX is then able to allocate external search
criteria automatically.
